Affiliate program terms

These terms govern the eroq affiliate program, operated by Qore Games, 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France (« we »). They complete the Terms of service and the Acceptable use policy, which keep applying to your account. By applying, you (« the affiliate ») accept them.

1. Joining

Anyone with an eroq account in good standing can apply from the studio. Your affiliate link (eroq.ai/?ref=your-code) is live as soon as the application is sent. You can add ?ref=your-code to any eroq.ai page. We may refuse an application, or close an affiliate account, at any time; section 7 says what happens to commission in that case.

2. Who becomes your referral

• A visit through your link is remembered for 30 days in a cookie on that browser. If the visitor follows another affiliate's link afterwards, the last link wins.
• The visitor becomes your referral when, during that time, they create an eroq account, or log in to an existing account that has never made a payment.
• An account becomes someone's referral once, and stays that affiliate's referral. An account that has already paid for a plan or a credit pack is never attributed.
• Your own account, and any account we reasonably believe you control (same email, same connection, same payment details), is not a referral.

3. Commission

You earn a percentage of every plan payment your referral makes during the 12 months that follow the day they became your referral: the first payment, monthly renewals and upgrades. An annual plan is paid upfront, so the commission on the whole year is credited when it is paid. Credit packs, refunds and taxes do not earn commission. The base is the amount actually paid, after any discount.

The rate grows with the total plan revenue your referrals have brought (reversed payments excluded): 15% from the first payment, 20% once the referred revenue reaches $1,000, 25% once the referred revenue reaches $5,000. Each payment earns at the rate reached before it.

Commission is paid in money, never in credits. Your dashboard lists every referral and every commission attributed to your link.

4. Your referrals' discount

A referral gets 50% off the first month of an individual monthly plan, for 3 hours from the moment they become your referral. You may announce it as « up to 50% off ». Do not announce any other discount, code or offer.

5. Hold, refunds and reversals

A commission waits 30 days before it can be paid, the window in which a payment can be refunded or disputed. If the payment behind a commission is refunded, disputed or found fraudulent, the commission is reversed. A commission earned in breach of these terms is reversed too.

6. Payouts

Payouts are made monthly, by PayPal, stablecoin (USDC or USDT) or bank transfer, to the details you enter in your dashboard, once the payable balance reaches $50. A smaller balance rolls over to the next month. Amounts are in US dollars; fees charged by your own bank, wallet or PayPal account are yours. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details and for declaring and paying any tax due on your commission.

7. Promotion rules

Allowed: organic promotion in your own content: videos, posts, newsletters, courses, communities and conversations. Disclose that the link is an affiliate link wherever your platform or the law requires it.

Not allowed: paid advertising of any kind pointing to eroq or to your link; bidding on « eroq » or close variants in search ads; presenting yourself as eroq, as part of our team or as an official channel; advertising a discount, code or offer we have not given you; posting your link on coupon, deal or cashback sites; referring yourself; spam, including unsolicited messages and automated posting; and any promotion that breaks the Acceptable use policy or the rules of the platform where it appears.

Breaking these rules may result in withheld or reversed commission and in the closure of the affiliate account. When we close an affiliate account for a breach, commission not yet paid is forfeited. When we close it for any other reason, we pay the commission already earned at the next payout.

8. Changes

We may change the program, including rates and tiers, with 30 days' notice by email or in the dashboard. A change never reduces commission already credited.

9. Relationship

You act independently. These terms create no partnership, employment or agency: you cannot make commitments in our name. Questions about the program: [email protected].
