Acceptable use

eroq is NSFW-friendly by design: it serves creative and entertainment products, including uncensored roleplay and adult fiction. The policy is short on purpose — wide creative range, hard walls.

Allowed

• Fictional roleplay and storytelling, including mature and intense themes, between and about adults.
• Generated imagery, video and voice for original, fictional characters.
• Embedding the API in your own product, with your own moderation appropriate to your audience.

Banned — enforced, no exceptions

• Any sexual content involving minors — real, fictional, stylized, or implied. Characters must be adults, full stop.
• Depicting real, identifiable people without their consent (impersonation, deepfakes), sexual or otherwise.
• Content that is illegal where you or your users are, or that facilitates illegal acts.
• Harassment, doxxing, or content designed to defraud or deceive.
• Reselling raw API access without your own AUP at least as strict as this one.

Enforcement

Violations lead to suspension or termination depending on severity; credits on accounts terminated for violations are forfeited. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Report abuse: [email protected].

Your responsibilities

If you build for end users, age-gate appropriately, pass this policy through, and moderate what your product publishes. You are the first line for your audience.
