Terms of sale
Last updated: August 25, 2026
1. Seller
Credits are sold by Qore Games, 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France ([email protected]) — the publisher of eroq.ai. Purchasing credits implies acceptance of these terms of sale, together with the Terms of service and the Acceptable use policy.
2. What is sold
Credits are a prepaid unit of account redeemable exclusively against API calls on eroq.ai, at the flat per-call prices displayed on the pricing page at the time of each call. Credits are not electronic money, are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable between accounts, and do not expire.
3. Prices and payment
Pack prices are displayed in US dollars. Depending on your country of residence, applicable VAT or sales tax is handled at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; Qore Games never receives your card details. The purchase is complete when Stripe confirms the payment, at which point the credits are added to your account balance — normally within seconds.
4. Delivery
Credits are digital content delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, to the account that initiated the checkout. If your balance has not been credited within one hour of a confirmed payment, contact [email protected] with your receipt — the payment record on our side is authoritative and auditable.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately with the consumer's prior express consent. By completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the credits and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal for credits already spent. For a pack whose credits are entirely unspent, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase at [email protected].
6. Refunds
- Failed generations refund themselves in credits, automatically, as a visible line in your usage ledger. You pay for output, not attempts.
- Spent credits are not refundable in money.
- Wholly unspent packs are refundable within 14 days (section 5).
- Credits on accounts terminated for violations of the acceptable use policy are forfeited.
7. Price changes
Pack contents and per-call prices can change for the future; they never apply retroactively to credits already purchased or calls already made. The price of a call is the one displayed at the moment the call is charged.
8. Mediation and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. For any dispute, contact us first at [email protected] — most billing issues are resolved from the ledger in one exchange. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts are those of Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
