Privacy policy

What we store

• Account data — email, hashed credentials (via our auth provider), credit balance.
• API keys — a SHA-256 hash and a display prefix. Never the key itself.
• Usage metadata — timestamps, model ids, credit amounts, request sizes. This is the billing ledger.
• Top-up records — pack, amount, Stripe session id.

What we do not store

Generated outputs — images, clips, audio — are returned inline and not retained. Prompt and completion text is processed in memory to serve the request and is not written to our database.

Processors

Requests are fulfilled using vetted infrastructure providers acting as processors on our behalf. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card number. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

The dashboard uses first-party session cookies for authentication. The marketing site sets no tracking cookies.

Your rights

Export or deletion of your account data: [email protected]. Deleting an account removes the account row, its keys and its ledger after any legally required retention.
