Platform
Private mode
Private mode is a setting that returns an AI render to you without keeping it: no stored file, no library entry, and the prompt starred out of the usage records. It is how a creative tool lets you work on something without leaving a copy on its side.
Two things are worth checking behind the word. What the platform keeps (the file, the prompt, the history) and what the engine keeps upstream: a private platform built on an engine that logs every request is only half private.
On eroq
Private mode is one switch in Image, Video, Voice and Text. The render goes to your browser only, reference pictures stay in the browser, and the ledger keeps the date, the model and the credits with the prompt as stars. The engines eroq runs itself retain nothing upstream; third-party engines follow their provider's policy, shown on each model card. Cinema and Replace need stored takes and do not run in Private mode.
Questions
Is a render in Private mode still charged?
Yes. Credits are charged as usual and failed renders refund themselves; the ledger keeps the date, the model and the amount, not your words.
Can I get a private render back later?
No: nothing is kept, so it cannot be remixed, animated, published or shared afterwards. Download it if you want to keep it.
Does Private mode make content uncensored?
No, they are separate. Private mode changes what is kept; what renders depends on the engine and the acceptable-use policy, which applies the same way with the switch on or off.
