Every call has a fixed price: a chat completion is 1–3 credits, an image 10, a 5-second video from 45 (priced per second by engine and resolution), speech 3 per 100 characters, transcription 1 per minute of audio. New accounts get 50 free credits, no card.

Same plan, 20% off, billed once a year — and the whole year of credits lands on your balance upfront. Credits never expire, so a slow month rolls into a busy one. Percentage offers like the welcome -50% apply to monthly billing only; annual already carries its own discount and the two never stack.

The gate is enforced before billing — a locked model refuses cleanly, it never charges.

Only if you want one. Plans carry monthly credits at up to +60% over the pack rate, premium video and image engines, 2–8× rate limits and a priority video queue. Pay-as-you-go packs keep working without any plan. Both fill the same wallet, and credits never expire either way.

Seats, mostly. Individual plans hold two people — you and a collaborator — however much compute you buy. Business plans are what a team runs on: Team ($249) and Agency ($499) carry 25–50 workspace seats on one shared wallet, 100–200 API keys, 6–8× rate limits, every engine unlocked and 36,000–80,000 monthly credits at the best rates below Enterprise. Above that, Enterprise adds committed volume rates, invoicing and an SLA.

Top up a pack — plan credits and pack credits are the same credits on the same balance. No overage billing, no surprise invoice: you always choose when money moves.

Yes, in one click from Billing. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for — a month or a year — and every credit you have stays on your balance forever.

It refunds automatically. The charge reverses and the refund shows as a negative row in your usage ledger — you only pay for delivered output.

Flat per-call pricing is built for heavy users: a completion costs the same whether it renders 50 tokens or 800, streamed or not. For companion and character products, whose users send 40–100 messages a day, that predictability is the point.

Each opens once per account with a real countdown, on the site and by email (one click stops the emails), and each is applied at checkout: we never advertise a discount the payment page then refuses.

Ten seconds on the free tier, 15 on Hobby, 20 on Creator, 30 on Studio, Team and Agency. The engine also has its own grid — Seedance 2.5 & Wan 3.0 reach 30 seconds — and longer pieces are storyboarded as several scenes in Film mode.

Yes. Credits live on the workspace, and an admin can give any member a monthly credit ceiling plus a share of the per-minute rate limits. A generation that fails and refunds itself does not count against the ceiling.
