eroq is private and uncensored by design: it serves creative and entertainment products, including uncensored roleplay and fiction that goes to dark and intense places. The policy is short on purpose — wide creative range, hard walls.

Allowed

  • Fictional roleplay and storytelling, including dark and intense themes, with characters who are all 18 or older.
  • Generated imagery, video and voice for original, fictional characters.
  • Embedding the API in your own product, with your own moderation appropriate to your audience.

Banned — enforced, no exceptions

  • Any content involving minors — real, fictional, stylized, or implied, and above all anything sexual. Every character is 18 or older, full stop.
  • Depicting real, identifiable people without their consent (impersonation, deepfakes), sexual or otherwise.
  • Publishing a voice to the public voice catalog that is not your own and that you have no explicit permission to share — including any imitation of a celebrity or public figure. Reported voices are reviewed and removed.
  • Content that is illegal where you or your users are, or that facilitates illegal acts.
  • Harassment, doxxing, or content designed to defraud or deceive.
  • Reselling raw API access without your own AUP at least as strict as this one.
  • Attempting to bypass, probe or defeat the safety filters, the age gate or moderation — rephrasing, misspelling, encoding or splitting a request to slip a banned subject through. A blocked request is a warning, not a puzzle.

Enforcement

Violations lead to suspension or termination depending on severity; credits on accounts terminated for violations are forfeited, and every account linked to a banned person goes with it. Prompts are logged in the usage ledger (Private mode stars them out) and reports are reviewed by humans; requests are screened for banned subjects before they run, but no output is reviewed before it reaches you, so an output that came through is not our approval of it. Sexual content involving a minor is never just deleted: the file, the prompt and the account data are preserved in a restricted quarantine and reported to the authorities (PHAROS in France, NCMEC in the United States). We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Report abuse: [email protected].

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for what you generate, publish and do with it — the models execute your instructions. If you build for end users, you are the operator of your product: age-gate appropriately, pass this policy through with at least the same restrictions, and moderate what your product publishes. You are the first line for your audience, and what your users generate through your keys is on your account. The Terms of service set out the warranties and the indemnity that come with this.
