Enterprise
The private AI studio, run as a team.
Every video, image and voice engine behind one wallet, with the controls a company needs: roles and permissions per person, credit caps per member, a usage log for everything, invoicing, and a 99.9% uptime SLA.
5
workspace roles, from Viewer to Owner
15
permissions, each one a checkbox per member
99.9%
uptime SLA, in writing
29
engines and models in one workspace
What Enterprise means here
Six things a team gets
01
Roles & permissions →
Five roles on one ladder, and a permission matrix the API itself enforces: what the dashboard greys out, the endpoint refuses.
02
Members & limits →
Unlimited seats, a monthly credit cap and a rate-limit share for every member, two-factor sign-in, ownership that moves in one click.
03
Uptime & capacity →
A 99.9% uptime SLA, dedicated capacity, uncapped rate limits, and renders that refund themselves when they fail.
04
Privacy →
We never train on your prompts, references or creations. Private mode keeps no file and no library entry.
05
Billing →
Volume rates, a custom monthly allocation, invoicing and wire payment, every credit traceable to a member or a key.
06
Your tools →
eroq inside Claude, ChatGPT, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Figma and more, over MCP, plugins and the API.
Roles
One ladder, one rule
A member can never act on someone ranked at or above them, and can never hand out more than they hold. Two admins cannot remove one another, and the owner alone can transfer or delete the workspace.
Rank 5
Owner
Created the workspace. Everything, including transfer and deletion.

- 15 / 15
- Rate limits
- 100%
Rank 4
Admin
Runs the workspace — people, billing, settings, keys.

Rank 3
Developer
Builds on the API: keys, webhooks, full generation. No billing, no people.

Rank 2
Creator
Works in the studio: generates and publishes. No keys, no settings.

Viewer
Reads the library and the usage log. Cannot spend a credit.

This matrix is read from the same rule the API refuses with, so the page cannot promise a permission the workspace would not grant. On top of the role, an admin can tick or untick any single permission for one member; transfer and deletion stay with the owner.
Members
Every seat, under control
Invite by email, give each person a role, then adjust what they alone may do. Pending invitations count as seats, so the ceiling is never a surprise at the moment you invite.
Seats by plan
Team and Agency are self-serve on the pricing page. Enterprise removes the ceiling and adds the terms below.
Monthly credit cap
Cap any member’s spend for the month. The dashboard shows spent against cap, and the cap resets with the month.
Rate-limit share
Each role gets a share of the workspace’s per-minute allowance; narrow it further for one person with a percentage.
Per-member permissions
Checkboxes on top of the role. A Creator who may also manage keys is flagged in the roster, never a surprise.
Two-factor sign-in
Any account can enrol an authenticator app; from then on a verified factor is required at every sign-in.
Ownership transfer
The owner hands the workspace to another member in one click. There is always exactly one owner.
Usage by member and key
Every call is logged with its credits, the member and the API key behind it. Viewers can read it; nobody can edit it.
Uptime & capacity
Built to be left running
Teams put eroq in a pipeline and walk away. Enterprise workspaces run on dedicated capacity, and the terms are written down.
99.9%
Uptime SLA for Enterprise workspaces, written into the agreement.
99.9% uptime SLA
Written into the Enterprise agreement, not a line on a pricing page.
Dedicated capacity, uncapped rate limits
Enterprise workspaces are not throttled by the plan ladder: capacity is reserved for you and the per-minute limits are lifted.
Failed renders refund themselves
A render that fails gives its credits back on its own. The price is on the button before you click, and you pay only for what came out.
Webhooks and a request log
Video jobs call your endpoint when they succeed or fail. Every request is in the usage log with its status and its cost.
Privacy
Your work stays yours
No training on your data
We never train models on your prompts, references or creations, and we never share them with advertisers or data brokers.
Private mode
Renders go straight to the browser: no file, no library entry, and the prompt is starred out in the usage ledger. The models we run ourselves keep nothing upstream.
One written policy
Uncensored means fiction renders instead of being refused, inside one plain rule set that applies to everyone the same way: fiction only, no real people without consent, nothing illegal.
Billing
Terms that fit a finance team
One wallet per workspace, one invoice, and every credit traceable to the person or the key that spent it.
- Volume rates, up to 50% off with a commitment
- Custom monthly credit allocation
- Invoicing and wire payment
- Spend per member and per API key in the usage log
Your tools
eroq where your team already works
Connect the workspace to Claude and ChatGPT over MCP, open it inside Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Figma and Blender, or call the API. Hand a client a public folder link and they see the files, never a prompt or an account.

Enterprise FAQ
A workspace without a seat ceiling, on custom terms: volume rates, a monthly credit allocation sized for you, dedicated capacity, uncapped rate limits, invoicing, and a 99.9% uptime SLA. The roles, permissions and member limits are the same ones every workspace has; Enterprise adds the scale and the paperwork.
