eroq · Blender add-on · beta
Compose in Blender, render with eroq
Block out a scene, snapshot the viewport or the camera and let eroq paint it — keeping your composition, or just borrowing its look. Images become reference images or textured planes; clips and voice lines land on the Video Sequencer at the playhead.
Beta · Blender 4.2 and later, 5.x included
Install and connect
- 1Download the zip, then Edit → Preferences → Get Extensions → Install from Disk… (or drag the zip onto Blender); allow online access if Blender asks.
- 2Open the sidebar (N) → eroq and click Connect eroq — sign in and click Allow in the browser.
- 3Write a prompt, pick Viewport or Camera snapshot as the reference (Keep composition repaints your layout) and Generate.
What you get
Your blocking, rendered
Snapshot the 3D view or the scene camera. With Keep composition on, your prompt repaints the layout — grey boxes in, finished shot out; off, the snapshot is a style and subject reference.
Planes, references, strips
Add a render as a reference image or a textured plane at its exact aspect in one click. 10 credits a picture on Krea 2.
Clips and voice on the timeline
Generate a clip — with your snapshot as the start frame — and it lands on the Video Sequencer at the playhead, sound on the channel below. A five-second Seedance 2.0 Mini clip is 45 credits.
No key to paste
Connecting opens eroq in your browser: sign in, click Allow, done. The app gets its own key, listed as « <app> (connected) » under Developers → API keys — revoke it there and the connection stops.
Requirements

- →An eroq account — free to create
- →Beta: distributed as a direct download while the store listing is prepared.
Frequently asked questions
Is it on extensions.blender.org?
Not yet — during the beta it installs from the downloaded zip (Install from Disk). The same zip also works as a legacy add-on.
Does it freeze Blender while rendering?
No — requests run in the background and results are applied when they arrive; you keep working. Video renders take one to several minutes.
Where are the files saved?
Next to your .blend in an « eroq » folder (relative paths), or in ~/Documents/eroq for an unsaved file. They stay external, not packed.
Why does a video start frame use my eroq Storage?
The video API takes picture links, so the snapshot is uploaded to your Storage first (folder « Blender »). It costs no credits and counts toward your storage quota.
What content is allowed?
eroq is adults-only and allows mature fiction between adult characters. Minors, real people without consent and illegal content are refused by policy on every surface. Inside an assistant, the assistant's own usage policy also applies to what it will ask eroq for.
How do I disconnect?
Remove the connection in the app, and revoke its key under Developers → API keys on eroq (it is named after the app, « … (connected) »). Revoking alone is enough to cut access immediately.
