Refunds
A purchase whose credits are untouched can be refunded within 14 days; once a credit has been used, the payment is final.
A pack or plan payment is refundable within 14 days if none of its credits has been used. Write to us from the account that paid.
Once any credit from that purchase has been spent, the payment is final — what is left stays on your balance and never expires.
Failed generations are refunded automatically and immediately; you never have to ask.
Deleting your account cancels an active plan on the spot and does not refund the current period.
Before disputing a charge
Please write to us first: most billing questions are settled from the ledger in one exchange. Credits from a charged-back purchase are removed from the balance.
