How credits work
Prepaid credits, one price per generation shown before you click, and automatic refunds when something fails.
Everything on eroq is metered in prepaid credits. Every generation costs a set number of credits shown on the button before you commit, and the number never changes after the fact. One credit is about one cent at the entry pack rate.
What things cost
Images: a fixed price per image, set by the model (10 credits on most engines), times the number of takes.
Video: a per-second rate set by the engine and the resolution, plus a little more with sound where it is optional. Motion One is a flat price per clip; the others are listed per second on their model pages.
Voice: 3 credits per started block of 100 characters on Voice One, 2 on Voice Turbo. Transcription: 1 credit per started minute of audio.
Text: 1 to 3 credits per reply depending on the model.
Free: prompt enhancement, dictation, the Ask bar, saving to the Library, uploads to Storage, publishing.
Refunds on failure
A generation that fails refunds itself, as a negative row in your usage ledger. A render with several takes refunds each failed take on its own. A prompt an engine declines returns content_blocked and is never charged.
Whose credits are they
Credits belong to the workspace, not the person: everyone in a workspace spends from one balance, and an admin can cap what each member spends per month. Credits never expire, and unused plan credits roll over.
