# Text to video

> Turn a written prompt into a video clip on seven named engines — Seedance, Kling, Hailuo, Veo 3, Wan. Camera moves, a director's rack, 3 to 30 seconds, up to 1080p. 50 free credits.

Write what happens, pick a camera move, choose the engine, render. eroq's text-to-video studio puts seven named engines behind one composer — Seedance 2.5 and 1.0, Kling 2.5 Turbo, Hailuo 02, Veo 3 Fast and the uncensored Motion One — with a director's rack that folds film type, era, tempo, lens and light into every prompt.

## How it works

- 1 · Describe the shot in one paragraph: subject, motion, camera, light, mood. Or press Enhance and let the free rewriter draft it.
- 2 · Pick the engine and the length — 3 to 30 seconds depending on the engine and your plan — and a format: 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1.
- 3 · Choose a camera move (17 of them) and, if you like, a look from the director's rack. Render up to four takes at once.
- 4 · Every render lands in your library with its full recipe; Remix it, animate it further, or publish it to the community.

## Which engine for which shot

Motion One (Wan) is free-tier and uncensored — the only engine that renders mature scenes. Seedance 1.0 Lite is the cheap draft engine from the Hobby plan, Seedance 1.0 Pro and Kling 2.5 Turbo the 1080p keepers, Hailuo 02 the dramatic one, Veo 3 Fast the only one with native sound, and Seedance 2.5 the flagship that goes to 30 seconds. The model pages compare them criterion by criterion.

## What it costs

Flat credits per clip, shown on the Generate button before you commit: from 40 credits (Seedance Lite, 3 s) to 340 (Seedance 2.5, 10 s). A failed render refunds itself. New accounts start with 50 free credits; plans from $15/month add monthly credits that never expire and unlock the premium engines.

## Starting points

- **Neon alley walk** — Tracking shot following a silhouette walking through a neon-lit alley, reflections on wet asphalt, rain drifting through the light, moody and cinematic
- **Silk in slow motion** — Red silk fabric floating and folding in slow motion against a black background, studio light, macro detail, dreamy tempo
- **Morning light, messy sheets** — Soft morning light through curtains over messy bed sheets, dust particles in the light beam, slow push-in, calm and sensual
- **Harbor storm** — A storm rolling over a fishing harbor at dusk, boats rocking, rain sweeping the pier, slow crane up revealing the town lights

## FAQ

### How long can an AI-generated video be?

Up to 30 seconds per clip on Seedance 2.5 (Studio plan and up), 10–12 seconds on most other engines. Longer pieces are built as a storyboard in Film mode, scene by scene, and played as one cut.

### Which text-to-video engines does eroq offer?

Motion One (Wan), Seedance 2.5, Seedance 1.0 Pro and Lite, Kling 2.5 Turbo, Hailuo 02 (MiniMax) and Veo 3 Fast. Each has its own page with prices and specs.

### Is there a free text-to-video option?

New accounts get 50 credits, which cover images, voice and chat; a Motion One clip is 100 credits, so the first video needs a $10 pack (1,000 credits) or a plan from $15/month.

### Can it generate uncensored video?

On Motion One, yes — adult fiction between adult characters within the acceptable-use policy. The premium engines are moderated by their providers and serve SFW work only.

### Can I use text-to-video through an API or ChatGPT?

Yes: POST /v1/videos/generations (async with webhooks), the MCP server for ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and Claude Code, the eroq CLI, and a panel for Premiere Pro and After Effects.
