# Generate images, video and voice from Claude Code

> Give Claude Code the eroq tools: one command adds the MCP server, a browser sign-in connects it. Generate images, video and voice for your project from the terminal.

Add eroq to Claude Code with one command, sign in once from /mcp, and your coding agent can render the images, clips and voice lines your project needs — same credits as the studio.

## Set it up

1. Run the command above in your terminal (add --scope user to make eroq available in every project).
2. In Claude Code, type /mcp, select eroq and choose Authenticate — eroq opens in your browser; sign in and click Allow.
3. Ask Claude Code for what you need: « generate a 1:1 hero image for the landing page ».
4. Prefer the plugin? /plugin marketplace add https://eroq.ai/claude-code/marketplace.json, then /plugin install eroq@eroq.

## What you get

### Every generation tool, one connector

generate_image, generate_video, generate_speech and enhance_prompt, plus the free lookups (models with prices, voices, your characters, the balance). A picture is 10 credits on Krea 2; a five-second Seedance 2.0 Mini clip is 45. Failed renders refund themselves.

### No key to paste

Connecting opens eroq in your browser: sign in, click Allow, done. The app gets its own key, listed as « <app> (connected) » under Developers → API keys — revoke it there and the connection stops.

### Files, if you want them

The remote server returns links and inline images. For files written straight into your repo, the eroq CLI runs a local MCP server (eroq mcp) that saves every render to disk.

Everything bills the credit prices of the studio and the API — nothing new to meter. New accounts start with 50 free credits.

## FAQ

### Do I need an API key for Claude Code?

No — /mcp → Authenticate runs the browser sign-in. A key still works if you prefer headers: claude mcp add --transport http eroq https://eroq.ai/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer eroq_sk_…".

### What does the plugin add over the one-line command?

The same server, plus a skill that teaches Claude Code how eroq prompts, prices and async video work — so it picks sensible models and polls clips without being told.

### Can it save renders into my repo?

The remote server answers with links and inline images. For direct file output, use the CLI's local server: npx -y @eroq/cli mcp.

### What content is allowed?

eroq is adults-only and allows mature fiction between adult characters. Minors, real people without consent and illegal content are refused by policy on every surface. Inside an assistant, the assistant's own usage policy also applies to what it will ask eroq for.

### How do I disconnect?

Remove the connection in the app, and revoke its key under Developers → API keys on eroq (it is named after the app, « … (connected) »). Revoking alone is enough to cut access immediately.
