# Remix and Animate

> Every render keeps its recipe: Remix reloads it in the tool, Animate turns an image into the first frame of a clip.

- Remix (the wand on a Library card) reopens the tool with the prompt, model, format and every setting of that render, ready to change one thing and run again.
- Animate (on image cards) opens Video with the image as the start frame. The engine animates the picture; the prompt describes the motion.
- Images from previous renders can also be @mentioned by name from any prompt — the last thirty show in the mention panel.
