# Refunds

> A purchase whose credits are untouched can be refunded within 14 days; once a credit has been used, the payment is final.

- A pack or plan payment is refundable within 14 days if none of its credits has been used. Write to us from the account that paid.
- Once any credit from that purchase has been spent, the payment is final — what is left stays on your balance and never expires.
- Failed generations are refunded automatically and immediately; you never have to ask.
- Deleting your account cancels an active plan on the spot and does not refund the current period.

## Before disputing a charge

Please write to us first: most billing questions are settled from the ledger in one exchange. Credits from a charged-back purchase are removed from the balance.
