# Offers and discounts

> Offers are personal, open once, and shown with a countdown — never advertised without being honoured at checkout.

eroq does not run permanent sales. Instead, an offer opens for your account at a given moment — a first month at half price right after signing up, bonus credits on packs when your balance runs out mid-flow, a discount after your first render, a welcome-back offer if you have been away — and each one opens once, with a real countdown.

An offer appears as a card on Pricing and Billing and as a banner in the studio while it runs. Whatever it shows is exactly what the checkout applies: a plan discount covers the first billing cycle, then the plan renews at full price; a pack bonus is added to the pack.

## Emails

If you have left offer emails on, you receive one when an offer opens and one before it closes — never more than one promotional email every eight hours. Every one carries a one-click unsubscribe; the switch is in Settings → Notifications → Offers & promotions.
