# Change or cancel a plan

> Upgrade in place, cancel at the end of the period, resume before it ends — and what a downgrade keeps.

_Help center › Credits, plans & billing_

## Upgrade

From Billing, choosing a higher plan upgrades the subscription in place: you see a quote for the difference over the rest of the current period, confirm, and the extra credits land immediately. Moving a monthly plan to annual works the same way. Going down a tier is a cancellation followed by a new subscription.

## Cancel and resume

Cancelling stops the next renewal. The plan, its engines and its credits run to the end of the period you paid for, and every credit already in the wallet stays there afterwards. Until the period ends, Resume turns the renewal back on.

## What a downgrade keeps

Nothing you already have is taken away: existing members, API keys and renders survive. The new limits bite the next time you try to add something — the third seat, the eleventh key.

## Invoices and the card on file

Billing → Manage subscription opens the billing portal with your invoices and the card on file. Top-up receipts are listed on the Billing page itself. Only the workspace owner can subscribe, upgrade or cancel; admins can buy packs and read the history.
