# Sign-in and two-factor authentication

> Email and password or Google, and an authenticator app as a second factor from Settings.

- Sign in with the method you signed up with. A Google account and an email account with the same address are the same eroq account.
- Two-factor: Settings → Security → turn on, scan the QR code with an authenticator app (or paste the secret), confirm with a code. From then on sign-in asks for a code.
- Lost the authenticator? Write to us from the account's email address; we verify and reset it.
