# Delete your account

> Settings → Danger zone deletes everything immediately — and what has to happen first if you own a shared workspace or a plan.

1. Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. The dialog lists what goes with it: workspaces you own, keys, ledger, Library and Storage files, characters, voices.
2. If a plan is active, tick the line acknowledging it is cancelled now and not refunded. Type DELETE to confirm.
3. The account is gone immediately. Signing up again with the same mailbox creates a fresh account without welcome credits.

## Blocked by a workspace

A workspace you own that other people are in has to be handed to one of them first (Members → Make owner); the dialog names it and takes you there. Your files in other people's workspaces are removed with you.
