# The content policy, in short

> What "uncensored" means on eroq, what is banned without exception, and how it is enforced.

_Help center › Account, privacy & safety_

Uncensored means the models render what you write — dark, violent or provocative fiction included — instead of refusing it, under a written policy enforced at the account level rather than a filter that changes its mind. It never means "no rules".

## Banned, everywhere, always

- Any content involving minors — real, fictional, stylized or implied. A guard refuses such a prompt, a character under 18 or a sheet that describes one before anything renders and before anything is charged.
- Real, identifiable people without their consent: deepfakes, impersonation, cloned voices of someone who did not agree.
- Anything illegal, and harassment.

## Enforcement

A refused request returns content_blocked and costs nothing. Public items are reviewed by a person before they appear. Violations suspend the account, and the most serious ones are reported to the authorities with the evidence kept.
