# Storyboard

> A storyboard is a film planned shot by shot — each scene's framing, action and length in order. In AI video it is the way past the clip-length limit: several clips with one look, played as one cut.

Because engines render seconds at a time, a two-minute piece is a dozen scenes. The storyboard keeps continuity: a shared look, recurring characters, a deliberate rhythm of wide, medium and close shots.

## On eroq

Film mode is a progressive storyboard: add a scene, it renders, the timeline grows; takes per scene, edit, re-render, reorder; up to 12 scenes; drafts saved; publishable with a cover. The API renders a whole storyboard with POST /v1/films/{id}/render.
