# eroq FAQ ## Getting started ### What is eroq? eroq is an AI studio and API: cinematic video on named engines (Seedance, Kling, Hailuo, Veo 3, Wan), image generation, expressive voices and roleplay writing, with persistent characters and a community shelf — metered in prepaid credits. Adults only. ### Is eroq free to try? Every new account gets 50 free credits and no card is required — enough for several images, voice lines and chat scenes. Video starts at 40 credits on Seedance Lite and 100 on Motion One, so the first clip needs a plan or a $10 pack. ### Do I need to install anything? No — the studio runs in the browser. Optional: the eroq CLI, the MCP connector for ChatGPT/Claude/Cursor, and a panel for Premiere Pro and After Effects. ### Who can use eroq? Adults, for lawful creative work. The acceptable-use policy bans content involving minors, real identifiable people without consent, and anything illegal. ## Credits & plans ### How do credits work? Every generation costs a flat number of credits shown before you commit — 10 per image, 1–3 per chat reply, 40–340 per video clip, 2–3 per 100 characters of speech. 1 credit is about one cent at the entry pack. Failed generations refund themselves. ### Do credits expire? No — pack credits and plan credits never expire, and unused plan credits roll over. ### What are the packs? Starter $10 → 1,000 credits, Builder $50 → 5,500, Scale $100 → 12,000. ### What are the plans? Hobby $15 (1,800 credits/month), Creator $49 (6,000), Studio $149 (20,000), Team $249 (36,000), Agency $499 (80,000). Plans unlock the premium video engines, multiply rate limits, add seats and longer clips. Annual billing is 20% off. ### Which plan unlocks which video engine? Motion One (Wan) is on every account. Hobby adds Seedance 1.0 Lite and Hailuo 02. Creator and above add Seedance 2.5, Seedance 1.0 Pro, Kling 2.5 Turbo and Veo 3 Fast. ### Is there a welcome offer? Yes — 50% off the first month of any plan if you subscribe within 3 hours of creating your account. ### Can I get invoices or volume pricing? Enterprise plans include invoicing, wire payment, custom allocations and volume rates — contact hello@eroq.ai. ## Video ### Which video engines does eroq offer? Motion One (Wan), Seedance 2.5, Seedance 1.0 Pro, Seedance 1.0 Lite, Kling 2.5 Turbo, Hailuo 02 (MiniMax) and Veo 3 Fast — each with its own page listing prices, lengths and resolutions. ### How long can a video be? Per clip: 5–10 s on Motion One, Kling and Hailuo; 3–12 s on Seedance 1.0; 4–30 s on Seedance 2.5; 8 s fixed on Veo 3 Fast. Your plan caps length (10 s free, 15 s Hobby, 20 s Creator, 30 s Studio and up). Film mode chains up to 12 scenes into one cut. ### What resolution is the video? Up to 1080p on Seedance 2.5, Seedance Pro, Kling and Veo 3 Fast; 720p on Motion One, Seedance Lite and Hailuo. ### Can I animate a photo? Yes — image-to-video on every engine from a reference photo or a saved Character; Seedance 2.5 also takes an end frame. ### Does the video have sound? Veo 3 Fast renders ambience, effects and dialogue with the picture. For narration, the voice studio renders MP3 voice-over. ### Can I control the camera? Yes — 17 camera moves, six lenses, three apertures, seven lighting setups and the rest of the director's rack are one-click chips folded into the prompt. ### How long does a render take? One to a few minutes depending on the engine and length. Renders run in the background — navigate away, the topbar queue tracks them. ### Is uncensored video possible? On Motion One (Wan), within the acceptable-use policy. The premium engines are moderated upstream and serve SFW work only. ## Images ### Which image models are there? Image One (photoreal), Image Anime (anime and illustration) and Image Art (painterly, prose-faithful) — all 10 credits per image. ### What resolution are images? 1024×1024 by default, with 3:4, 4:3, 9:16 and 16:9 framings. ### How do I keep the same face across images? Attach up to four reference photos or save the person as a Character and @mention them. ### Are images uncensored? Mature imagery of adult, fictional characters renders within the policy. Minors, real people and illegal content are banned and blocked without charge. ## Voice ### How much does text-to-speech cost? 3 credits per 100 characters on Voice One, 2 on Voice Turbo. A 1,000-character paragraph is 30 or 20 credits. ### Can I clone my voice? Yes, from a clean minute of audio in the voice studio. Clones are private to your account. ### Which languages are supported? Thirteen, on both speech engines. ### Can characters speak? Yes — assign a roster voice or a clone to a Character; every line they speak uses it. ## Characters, elements & films ### What is a Character? A persistent cast member: reference photos that hold the face, a persona for roleplay, a voice. @mention them in any prompt; cast them per scene in films. ### What is an Element? A reusable place, object or style — a product for an ad, a recurring set, a house look — @mentionable in prompts. Up to 50 per account. ### What is Film mode? A progressive storyboard: write a scene, it renders, the timeline grows. Takes, edits, re-renders, one shared look, an assembled player, saved drafts, publishing with a cover. ### Can I export a film as one file? Scenes download individually and play as one cut in the studio and the community; assemble a single file in Premiere or After Effects with the eroq panel. ## Community ### What is the community shelf? A public gallery of creations and films published by eroq creators — watch, like, comment. Publishing is opt-in per creation; your prompts and settings stay private. ### How do I publish a film? Press Publish in Film mode: pick a title, generate a cover (or capture a frame, or upload one) and it goes live at /community. Remove it any time; likes and comments survive a re-publish. ### Who owns what I make? You do. Outputs are yours under the terms of service, and only what you publish is public. ## API, MCP & integrations ### Is there an API? Yes — an OpenAI-shaped REST API at https://eroq.ai/v1 for chat, images, video (async with webhooks), speech, transcription, characters, elements, films and storage, documented at /docs with OpenAPI and llms.txt. ### Can I use eroq inside ChatGPT or Claude? Yes — the MCP server at https://eroq.ai/mcp exposes the generation tools to ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor and Codex. The dashboard writes the connect snippets for you. ### Is there a CLI? Yes — `npm install -g eroq`: image, video and speech from the terminal, and `eroq mcp` for a local MCP server that saves media as files. ### Does it work with Premiere Pro or After Effects? A panel for both apps generates video, images and speech and imports the renders straight into the open project. ### Is it OpenAI-compatible? Chat completions follow the OpenAI shape — SillyTavern, RisuAI and existing code connect by changing the base URL and model id. ## Content policy & privacy ### What does "uncensored" mean on eroq? Models render mature, adult fiction instead of refusing it, under a written acceptable-use policy enforced at the account level — not a filter that changes its mind. It never means "no rules". ### What is banned? Any sexual content involving minors (real, fictional, stylized or implied), real identifiable people without consent (deepfakes, impersonation), illegal content, harassment. Blocked requests return content_blocked and are never charged. ### Do you store my prompts and outputs? Prompts are processed to serve the request; renders are saved to your private library and nowhere else unless you publish them. The billing ledger keeps metadata only. ### Who operates eroq?
